Maybe you've been carrying something heavy for a long time. Anxiety that hums in the background of everything. A low mood that comes and goes, and you've learned to live around it.
But part of you is tired of just managing. Of masking.
We wouldn't only look at how to cope, though we can talk about that too. We'd get curious about what sits underneath.
What has shaped you. What keeps showing up. What the worry, or the flatness, might be trying to tell you. Often these feelings are doing a job, protecting you from something older, and that's worth understanding rather than arguing with.
At your pace. Always.
This is one of the most common things people say to me, and it makes complete sense. A lot of us were raised with the idea that you only ask for help when things are really bad.
But you don't need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. If something is on your mind, if you feel stuck, or if you're simply curious about yourself, that's enough.
There's no threshold you need to meet to deserve this space.
50 minutes, weekly, online. £60 a session. Every session is remote, so wherever you are in the UK makes no difference.
We'd start with a free 25-minute call. Nothing decided, no pressure, just a chance to see how it feels to talk to me. You can read more about how I work first if you'd rather.
This is one of the things people bring, not the only thing. More of what I work with.
You don't have to be in crisis to deserve this space.
