Grief doesn't always arrive in the shape people expect.
Sometimes it follows a death. Sometimes it follows the end of a relationship, or leaving a country, or losing a version of yourself, or a future you had quietly assumed you'd get.
And sometimes it's a grief with no name at all. A heaviness you can't quite trace, for something you were never given permission to mourn.
Some of what we carry began long before us. The things your family couldn't say. Pain that was never named, quietly handed down until it reached you.
Patterns that keep showing up, and you're beginning to sense they didn't start with you.
We can look at that gently, without judgment. It's a big part of the work.
People are often told, sometimes out loud and sometimes not, that they should be further along by now.
I don't work to anyone else's timetable. We go at yours.
What we do together is slow down and look at what's really there. Over time, things that felt tangled tend to start making more sense.
Culture shapes grief profoundly. What you're allowed to feel. Who is permitted to mourn, and for how long. What gets said out loud, and what stays silent.
All of that is welcome here. You don't need to translate yourself for me.
50 minutes, weekly, online, £60 a session. All sessions are remote, wherever you are in the UK.
We'd begin with a free 25-minute call, with nothing decided in advance.
This is one of the things people bring, not the only thing. More of what I work with.
You don't need the right words before you get in touch.
